To confirm your reservation, you will be asket do provide a 30% deposit on the total amount of your stay (depending on the requested services). In case of cancellation, postponed arrival or early leaving the following policies will be applied:
Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation 15+ days before the arrival day – Your deposit will be available for another stay at Hotel Montana or Chalet Caminetto within 1 year from the cancellation day (except if you submitted a cancellation insurance)
- Cancellation within 14 to 7 days before arrival – 50% or your deposit will be available for another stay at Hotel Montana or Chalet Caminetto within 1 year from the cancellation day (except if you submitted a cancellation insurance)
- Cancellation within 6 days from arrival– The whole deposit will be withheld. We will provide an income receipt, valid to submit a refund request (if you submitted a cancellation insurance)
- Postponed arrival or early leaving – The total amount for your holiday will include also the missing days
After the final confirm, you will have 24h to add an insurance cover to your stay. Thanks to Booking Protection by Allianz Global Assistance you can protect your stay in case of Cancellation and more.
At Hotel Montana and Chalet Caminetto your can submit the travel insurance Booking Protection by Allianz. We chose the Booking Protection Plus insurance, which includes the complete refund of the applied penalty for cancellation in case of illness, injury or death of the insurance subscriber or anyone of his/her family member; impossibility to reach the hotel due to car accident or bad weather; cancellation of holidays or days off; The isurance includes the charges for healthcare during your stay. Tourist Tax
The Tourist Tax has been introduced in Trentino from 1st November 2015. Every person who spend 1+ nights in the county territory must pay 1,50 € each per night. The Tourist Tax is applied for any kind of stay (hotels, room rental and bed&breakfast). Kids under 14 years old are exonerated.
As hoteliers we are withholding agents, and we will cash in the Tourist Tax for every single guest on behalf of Provincia autonoma di Trento. We wish it will be useful to improve every public service from road maintenance to infrastructures, for a better experience in our neighborhoodyear from the cancellation day (except if you submitted a cancellation insurance)
